Dear Dr. Khanna,
I am writing this letter to let your other patients know how pleased I am with the outcome of my surgery. My vision prior to surgery, for which I elected to have a "lens replacement" procedure performed on both eyes, was extremely poor. I had had a prior procedure of 'radial keratotomy" performed approximately 8 years prior, and my vision distance and reading visions were poor. I contacted Dr. Khanna to determine if anything could be done to help me see again without glasses. Dr. Khanna took the time to examine me and determine options to help with my vision. He provided me with several options, and I chose the "lens replacement" surgery. I had one eye done at a time, and was extremely pleased with the outcome. I could see without glasses, after just having one eye done. The following month, due to a scheduling mishap, I had surgery on the second eye. I could see better than 20/20, to being with, and I am now seeing better than I have in many years.
The surgery itself was over in record time, and I did not incur any pain during it. I stayed home from work for one day, and returned to work the following day, with no restrictions. I could actually see my computer screen for the first time without putting on glasses. If anyone is considering this procedure, I would highly recommend it.
Dr. Khanna and his staff are extremely courteous and helpful.

During the whole procedure I didn't feel any pain, I was relaxed, the
expertise of all around me was obvious, even with my eyes not in use.
The progress in cataract surgery is amazing with the help of implanted
lenses, immediately after each surgery I could see miraculously well,
my life prior to the surgery I was almost blind. Again there was no pain
or irritation in my eyes what so ever.
I feel that Dr. Khanna's expert surgery and implantation of lenses into
my eyes, I must be now one of the best drivers in L.A. Even my wife appreciates
my full confidence in my driving and in my everyday life's tremendous,
miraculous change to the Restor.
In conclusion, Dr. Khanna and his fantastic staff did a fantastic job
and I had a full and speedy recovery.

This is my very brief rendering of my experiences regarding my cataract
surgeries in both my eyes at St. Mary's Eye Center.
Like all patients initially I was apprehensive and I had to master and
exhaust all my courage to subject myself to the above. Possibility of
losing my driver's license finally was the "kick in the pants"
that I needed.
Yes, cataract surgery is a surgery I thought the full meaning of the word
surgery was you would be in a gown, transported on a stretcher. There
was a very busy team of experts attending to me in a quiet efficient manner.
Never before did so many fine people attend to me, a loner, "self
made man"

On October 10, 2003 Dr. Khanna performed lasik surgery on my eyes, both
of which were nearsighted and had astigmatism. I'm very pleased with the
results & now see 20/20 in both eyes. This is one of the best things
I have ever done in my life. It's great to be able to wake up and not have
to reach out for my glasses!
I have worked with Dr. Khanna for about one and a half years and all of
his surgeries have had successful results including mine. I highly recommend
Dr. Khanna to anyone considering lasik surgery, as he is a fantastic eye
surgeon.
